This came from a real old Utah Juniper tree that’d been dead standing for several years. There’s so much to love in this vase it’s a bit ridiculous. Some of the outer bark peeking through, turned gray by years in the elements. Swirling grain. Knots. And of course, plenty of our dear friend chatoyancyyyyy.

This one is the deserts of the Colorado Plateau made manifest.
